Ingredients
100ml Finders Orange and Raisin Rum
600ml Cola ( or desired mixer eg. pineapple juice for a Pina Colada style Iced Lolly)
Slice of fresh orange to decorate.
Method
In a large mixing jug add all the ingredients and mix.
Pour into each of the lolly moulds, leaving a little space at the top.
Add a slice of orange into the lolly mould – or garnish of choice.
Freeze overnight.
To serve, dip each mould quickly into a bowl of hot water until lollies can be removed easily. (makes upto 10)
